Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary - Bilingual in Mandarin - able to communicate with their clients

Looking for a Supply Chain Manager with SAP experience in manufacturing. Coordinate sourcing, procurement, and logistics operations to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies required for production. Maintain strong vendor relationships, optimize inventory levels, and support efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily logistics and procurement operations to support production and operational needs.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve transportation or supply issues.
• Manage transportation, storage, and movement of materials across the supply chain.
• Expedite critical materials and components to prevent production delays.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding order status, delivery requirements, and supply needs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and shipping documentation requirements.
• Investigate and resolve shipment exceptions, including material defects and damage claims.
• Support strategic sourcing activities including forecasting, purchasing, and inventory planning.
• Enter and maintain accurate transactions within ERP systems; perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Partner with supply chain, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow and customer support.
• Balance inventory levels to maintain high fill rates while controlling inventory costs.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations preferred.
• SAP software required - ; supply chain software experience preferred.
• Certifications such as ISM or ASCM are a plus.
• Experience in solar, semiconductor, or technical manufacturing environments is beneficial.
