We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused Financial Reporting Manager to lead financial reporting across the credit union and its consolidated subsidiaries. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping financial transparency, driving reporting excellence, and delivering critical insights to leadership.
You’ll oversee the full cycle of financial reporting—from monthly close to year-end reporting—while leading the quarterly call report process and partnering closely with auditors. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact, influence decision-making, and mentor a high-performing team.
Job Description
Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality financial reports for the Board of Directors, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders
Oversee general ledger structure and reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency within financial systems
Manage financial reporting for the credit union and its subsidiaries, including consolidated reporting and analysis
Review monthly financial results and key operating metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Active CPA license
5+ years of experience in financial reporting or audit
3+ years of experience within a financial institution
1+ year of leadership or management experience
Strong ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and team deliverables
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Public accounting experience (2–4 years preferred), ideally with financial institution audit exposure
