Join the team and take ownership of key accounting and financial reporting functions in a growing energy organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Senior Accountant to make an impact across month-end close, financial reporting, AP, AR, and fixed assets.

Duties:

• Manage general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements, monthly reporting, and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Oversee AP, AR, invoicing, cash receipts, and expense reporting.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including construction-in-progress, acquisitions, depreciation, amortization, depletion, and disposals.
• Support partnership and LLC accounting, government filings, and special projects.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with AP, AR, fixed assets, and general ledger accounting.
• Partnership/LLC experience preferred.
• Construction or renewable energy experience a plus.
• Big 4 experience and CPA/CPA track a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle experience preferred.
