  • Support Employee Expenses: Review expense reports and corporate card statements for accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Support General Ledger Activities: Prepare journal entries, including recurring and accrual entries, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Complete Account Reconciliations: Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.
  • Contribute to Month-End Close: Assist with closing activities, prepare supporting schedules, and meet established reporting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Hands-on experience with invoice processing, three-way matching, customer billing, and collections.
  • Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and internal accounting controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and financial recordkeeping.
  • Experience in construction, renewable energy, or a related industry is a plus.

Make a meaningful contribution to a growing company in the renewable energy and clean technology sector.

Work closely with experienced accounting leadership and gain exposure to a broad range of accounting functions.

Build relationships with colleagues across accounting, project management, and operations.

Take ownership of important financial processes that support the company’s daily operations and continued growth.
