Physical Therapist Specialist
The nationally recognized Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio, Department of Orthopaedics, Division of Physical Therapy, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated full time Physical Therapist to join our team as a full-time faculty member. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about academic medicine and patient care excellence.
Position Highlights:
- Provide specialized care to patients in our outpatient clinics, focusing on oncology rehabilitation.
- No nights, calls, or weekends required.

Qualifications:
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
- Current Texas Physical Therapy License and BLS certification required.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist is preferred.
- Oncology rehabilitation experience required.
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in complex physical therapy differential diagnosis.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and other care team members.
