The Department of Health Sciences in the School of Health Professions invites applications for a Part-Time Adjunct Faculty position to assist with the implementation of an Epidemiology course in the Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences (BSMS) program. This position will begin as soon as possible and will be responsible for teaching the course during the upcoming Fall semester.

Primary Responsibilities include:

1. In collaboration with departmental leadership, deliver Epidemiology course content for the BSMS program.
2. Develop online course modules, including lectures, study materials, and assessments.
3. Collaborate with program leadership to develop comprehensive examination materials.
4. Establish program and course learning objectives aligned with the mission of the program, school, and UT Health San Antonio.
5. Perform other duties as assigned related to the BSMS program.

Faculty may also engage in collaborative scholarly activities. The successful candidate will participate in community, professional, and university service activities, as appropriate.

This is a part-time (12-month) adjunct position reporting to the Program Director of the Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences program.
