The Manager, Business Solutions & Operations is responsible for driving operational visibility, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting the delivery of business solutions. This role ensures that priorities are clearly tracked, progress is transparent, and outcomes are achieved through structured planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with technical fluency and the ability to collaborate across functions to improve processes and enable scalable solutions.
This role requires experience supporting enterprise HR and Finance systems, preferably within cloud-based environments. The Manager will collaborate across functional areas to optimize system capabilities, improve data integrity, and enhance operational workflows within integrated HR and financial platforms.

  • Working knowledge of HRIS, ERP, and/or Finance systems.
  • Understanding of data governance, system integrations, and cross-functional data dependencies.
  • Familiarity with cloud system release cycles, quarterly updates, and structured testing protocols.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into system-enabled solutions across HR and Finance domains.
  • Understanding of internal controls, audit considerations, and data integrity standards within enterprise systems.
