EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree degree in Education or related field is required.
PREFERRED:
- Advanced knowledge of 340B compliance.
- Completion of the APEXUS 340B University On Demand, or completion of the APEXUS Advanced 340B Operations Certification.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data reconciliation, reporting, and Excel-based tracking.

Oversee and support daily 340B program operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
Maintain data integrity across all program systems (e.g., EMR, pharmacy platforms, internal tracking tools), ensuring accurate inputs for eligibility determinations, reporting, and audit readiness.
Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of program documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, patient education resources, and internal reference tools.
Composes and prepares complex correspondence, forms, fliers, and statistical reports.
Responsible for coordinating schedules and meetings for the program (e.g. oversight committee, vendor calls, site visits) that require the preparation of itineraries, agendas, meeting minutes, and technical support.
Support the recruitment and interview process for faculty and staff by coordinating logistics, developing interview materials, participating in candidate evaluations, and ensuring alignment with program.
Support and participate in comprehensive compliance activities, including internal audits, duplicate discount prevention, diversion monitoring, and documentation of findings with corrective action tracking.
Assist Program Directors with review and updates of annual handouts/manuals including recruitment materials, match materials, brochures, website, interview stationary, and orientation materials.
Validate 340B claim eligibility and ensure the maintenance of complete, auditable dispense records.
Partner with leadership to support program expansion, optimization efforts, and integration of new initiatives.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
