Job Duties:

• Analyzes, defines, implements, and supports computer programs/systems which solve business problems and improve planning, control, or operating results and objectives.
• Designs and constructs highly complex programs and interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Provides technical expertise, problem analysis, and systems development services for the design of new or modified applications.
• Develops new system functionality to achieve continuous system improvements, to enable new or existing business requirements.
• Provides continuous inputs in maintaining software development processes and standards.
• Occasionally leads simple projects or tasks.
• Works independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Works in-person 5 days a week in San Antonio office; no remote option.

This position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay.

The Minimum Requirements for the Position are as follow:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher), or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of technical or functional experience utilizing SAP.
  • Technical SAP experience must include at least 2 years of experience working with:
    • SAP Netweaver ABAP, which includes object-oriented programming and restful ABAP programming, and
    • SAP UI5, CDS, HANA modeling.
• Experience with Responsive Web design and related mobile technologies which includes experience developing HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, etc.
• JavaScript, JSON, and AJAX, XML processing experience, and a deep knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery & NodeJS.
• Hands on experience with the implementation and upgrade of SAP EM (Environment Management) and SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety).

• Must also have a deep understanding of the integration across the SAP systems ECC/ERP and EHS Suite of applications.

  Required Certifications:

• SAP Certified Associate – Back-End Developer - ABAP Cloud

Position level and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
