Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within HR Total Rewards Incentive Compensation Center of Excellence. This role will support the Incentive Compensation Initiatives team.
In this role, you will:
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes
Recommend risk mitigation solutions and governance processes, where applicable
Execute controls in accordance with policies and procedures to support risk management and maintain compliance
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Collaborate effectively to identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate opportunities
Develop and maintain supporting procedures
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Forward thinking with the ability to problem solve
Attention to details with a focus on executing effectively.
Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
Experience with ownership and execution of Controls and Procedural documentation
Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to adapt to changing business needs. Hands on style; proven ability to structure tasks or projects, execute and achieve targeted results and develop and manage associated goals and plans
Experience navigating large, sensitive data sets
Human Resources/Incentive Compensation experience a plus
Experience with Jira and Varicent preferred, but not required.
