About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor in the Document Capture File Management Vault.

In this role, you will:

• Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
• Receive, log, batch, and distributing work
• File, photocopy, use desktop scanning equipment, and review paper documents
• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications, US:

• 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Document Capture Center of Excellence (DCCOE) policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
• Maintain quality and productivity standards of the department
• Identify and communicate risks and problem areas.
• Perform reporting functions as required
• Ability to communicate with other employees to solve problems
• Review programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal operations, policies, procedures
• Ability to communicate with upper-level management

Job Expectations:

• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, to include up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift 20 to 40 lbs.
• Work environment is secure and does not allow cell phones during production hours.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (fully onsite)

Salary: $20/ hourly
