The Business Insights Data Analyst manages company programs to ensure customers and family members are satisfied with Whataburger services and offerings. They maintain rigor of data systems and reporting as well as manage vendor relations.

• Analyzes customer information to enable response modeling, segmentation, and profitability.
• Leverages business intelligence tools to analyze operational data and create reports.
• Researches trends to improve analytical tools and capabilities.
• Performs data mining, analytics, and research. Conducts ad hoc data research, and analytical evaluation projects, and addresses related requests.
• Derives insights from competitors’ performance and industry benchmarking data.
• Conduct root cause analysis, track trends, and make recommendations to improve business decisions.
• Supervises vendors to execute customer and family member satisfaction programs.
