Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quarterly and annual marketing budgets, support forecast cycles, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of budget submissions.
- Monitor marketing expenditures, identify variances, and provide insights on ROI for campaigns, promotions, and sponsorships.
- Conduct pre- and post-analysis for promotional activities and Limited Time Offers (LTOs).
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Marketing leadership and FP&A, and deliver ad hoc analyses on marketing performance, pricing, and customer behavior.
- Support the development of dashboards and KPI tracking tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Partner with Marketing teams on campaign planning and execution, and liaise with Supply Chain, Operations, and Data Science for integrated insights.
- Assist in aligning marketing strategies with financial objectives and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support the implementation of new tools and systems for financial analysis to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
- 4+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or marketing finance.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
