Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for executive leadership, managing correspondence, communications, and inquiries with sound judgment and discretion.
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel logistics, proactively prioritizing commitments to optimize executive time and effectiveness.
- Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and visual materials, including charts, tables, and briefing documents to support strategic initiatives.
- Support internal communications by recommending content, format, and distribution methods to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings and events, including vendor engagement, contract negotiation support, and budget-conscious execution.
- Monitor and assist with budget tracking, variance review, and administrative expense management in partnership with Finance.
- Maintain and organize documentation, team sites, policy materials, and distribution lists to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and version control.
- Provide project coordination support for recurring and special initiatives, including meeting preparation, action tracking, research, and follow-up execution.
Skills:
- Intermediate professional or theoretical knowledge and fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization in the execution of assigned duties and responsibilities
- Basic understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
- Intermediate understanding of departmental structure and policies with an elementary understanding of the cross- functional structure and policies of Whataburger Restaurants LLC
- Basic ability to delegate tasks and get work done through others
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- 0-6 months experience preferably in the restaurant industry
