Your Recipe for Impact — What You’ll Do

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly from the inside out. You help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time—supporting our restaurants and teams so they can deliver great experiences to our customers.

In this role, you’ll Make a Difference by helping maintain accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment that directly impacts restaurant success. Day-to-Day Ingredients — Responsibilities

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will:

  • Receive, pick, pack, ship, and replenish inventory efficiently
  • Process orders, returns, and inventory transactions in systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Verify order accuracy and resolve or report discrepancies
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through tracking and cycle count support
  • Follow established safety, storage, and handling procedures
  • Support internal and external customer requests in a timely manner
  • Escalate issues or risks to appropriate team members
  • Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed

What You Bring to the Table — Required Experience

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic problem-solving and issue identification skills
  • Ability to navigate systems and process transactions
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and safety standards
  • Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced environment with consistent attendance

Extra Toppings — Desired Experience

As a Fulfillment Specialist, we prefer you to have:

  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environments
  • Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Experience supporting shipping, receiving, or logistics operations
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working with inventory tracking, counts, and reconciliation
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads

Where & How You’ll Work

This role is based at the San Antonio Home Office, working on‑site Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. In this role, you’ll have strong collaboration with leadership, across cross-functional teams, and with external partners to align capabilities with restaurant realities. The work environment is fast‑paced and requires sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills. Full‑time availability is required, with occasional extended hours based on business needs, along with occasional travel to properties, project sites, and external meetings. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the San Antonio Home Office.
