The Senior Quality Completions Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the management of project completions database and Quality Completions team on multiple projects from Mid-Capital to mega projects. In this senior-level role, the individual will oversee the development and implementation of project completions policies, procedures, and systems to ensure that all completions-related activities are effectively managed, controlled, and delivered in accordance with project requirements. The Senior Quality Completions Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing and executing the project completions process to meet quality, safety, and schedule objectives.


Based in the Home Office, the Senior Quality Completions Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the management of project completions database and Quality Completions team on multiple projects from Mid-Capital to mega projects

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Substantial experience in Industrial Construction, including Construction and commissioning knowledge.

  • Proven completions management experience.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with others and lead a team.

  • Strong decision-making abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot and come up with solutions on the fly.

  • Experience with completions database management and utilization.

  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and highly organized.

Reports to Position:

This position reports directly to the Corporate Quality Completions Manager.

Job Functions:

  • Leading and directing the Quality Completions team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with project teams to coordinate completions activities, including piping test packages, quality inspections, preservations, engineering data, and any other items related to project completions.

  • Ensuring that all completions-related contractual requirements are reviewed and understood, and that project stakeholders are kept informed of progress and updates.

  • Coordinating, defining, and executing completions requirements between project teams, including project controls, engineering, craft, client, and quality.
