The Senior Logistics Manager is responsible for all logistics functions within the assigned project(s). The development of standard operating procedures and work instructions applicable across the enterprise and for individual projects. Manage multiple Logistics Managers assigned to the same projects. Coordinates closely with Engineering, Construction, Purchasing, Expediting and Material Management. Develops Logistics Management Plan and Transportation Plans for assigned project(s) and develops staffing plan to accomplish the logistics functions within budgetary constraints. Position will be based out of San Antonio, TX or at Job Sites as the needs of the Company dictates. Domestic and International Travel will be required (30%). Interfacing with multiple departments within the enterprise, partners, and clients will be required. • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (preferred)
• 5-7 years of Transportation related experience preferred

• Managing Multiple Logistics Managers at assigned project locations which includes writing project logistics plans, Transportation Plans, preparing staffing plans, budget estimates. Create and present project logistics reports to internal and external audience

• Interfacing with logistics providers and internal managers
• Interfacing with Procurement, Expediting, Materials Management and project team
