Business Development Representative
Are you a highly motivated, self-starter person with natural enthusiasm, people skills, and problem-solving skills? Do you have experience with sales and want to help our clients grow their business? If yes, then this position is perfect for you. OKIN Process is looking for a Business Development Representative to help our clients sell technical products to B2B clients. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities for our clients by contacting and developing relationships with their potential clients.
Responsibilities
As OKIN's Business Development Representative, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal. If you are motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you.
Duties include:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through emails and cold calls
- Present our client’s solutions to their potential clients
- Identify the needs of potential clients and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase new client satisfaction
- Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and Account Executives
- Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, and/or B2B sales
• Experience qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
•Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Experience with Prospecting Tools (e.g., ZoomInfo)
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
• Ability to identify business problems
• Excellent writing and communication skills
