Job Description
The Division of TXST Global at Texas State University seeks an experienced administrator to serve as the Director of Marketing and Communications.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Operations, the Director of Marketing and Communications will lead and manage the TXST Global Division’s Marketing and Communications unit. The position will be responsible for developing and implementing a divisional marketing and communications strategy. The work includes overseeing the creation and deployment of the TXST Global Division marketing identity as a sub-brand that supports the University. In addition, this role will support and facilitate departments within the division to align their marketing and communication efforts in creating a divisional voice.
Job Duties
The job duties of the Director of Marketing and Communications include the development, execution, and assessment of internal and external marketing and communications for the division. The role will ensure the highlighting and telling of student stories and their achievements, within the context of the divisional mission and vision, as well as the creation of comprehensive marketing and communications materials. Such materials include digital, print, video, and social media. This position will serve as an advisor to TXST Global leadership on messaging, divisional voice, etc.
